Note: LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT - REBECCA HESTON 1804-1875 LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT - REBECCA HESTON 1804-1875 In the name of my heavenly Father, I, Rebecca Heston of Carroll county, Ohio, being of full age and of sound mind do make this my last will. Item first: I will and bequeath to my daughter, Ellenore Hardgrove, all my real estate of which I died seized of as compensation for her care of me in my last sickness. Item second: It is my will that my doctor bill and funeral expenses be paid out of the money that is coming to me from my son, Samuel. Item third: I will and bequeath to my son, Samuel Heston, one hundred dollars of the money he owed me provided that there is that amount left after the foregoing debts are paid and the balance if any should be: I will and bequeath to my daughter, Eleanor Hardgrove. It is my will that there be no appraisement or sale of my property. In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my name this 28th day of November AD 1874.
