The last Will and Testament of James Crawford

I James Crawford of Columbiana County & State of Oio, of the township of Augusta-- Being of sound mind and Memory, but considering the uncertainty of this life, then see fit to make this my last Will and testament in the following manner & form (to wit)
In the first I recommend my soul to god who Give it, and my bodey to be buried in a Christian like manner, and as touching my worldly Estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me with in this world. I give and bequeath and dispose as follows.
FIRST I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Margarettm All my Lands and tenements that I possess whatever together with all personally Estate of every discription to be vested in her hands while she remains single and conducts in a prudent manner, and she is to keep all my children with her and to take care of them, (that is) Nancy, Matthew, Mary Ann, James, Margaret & Letty, and in case my wife Margarett should Marry again, in that case I give and bequeath to her a bed and beding, a saddle and wheel, and my two sons (that is) Matthew and James to be put to such Trades as my Executors thinks most advisable, but in case my wife Margare tt should remain single then she is to remain on my farm during her lifetime, and my two sons, Matthew and James to have all my Lands Equally Divided between them, and to pay my Daughters--each of them one bed and beding, one cow and one wheel and a Bible, but in case my two sons or either of them should fail or neglect to stay on the place with their Mother they shall only receive an equal share with the daughters, and all my personal Estate to be sold and Equally Divided betwene all my children at the second marriage of my wife Margarett, or if that should not be the case, at her Death, and I do hereby apoint, make and ordain John Crawford Hugh Arter my Executors to this my last will and Testament and I do hereby revoke disannull and disallow all other Wills bequeast & whatever by me or made heretofore, and ratify and make valid this and no other, to be my last Will and Testament, and In testimony of which I have here on set my and affixed my seal this Ninth day of August in the year of o ur Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and twenty one--August 9th 1821
