LAST WILL & TESTAMENT FRANK BARROWS DATED 26 SEP 1937 I, FRANK BARROWS, of the Village of East Rochester, County of Carroll and State of Ohio, being of full age and sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking and annulling any and all Will or Wills by me heretofore made. ITEM 1: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after my decease. ITEM 2: I direct that all my cows, and horses, together with all my farming tools and implements be sold. That said monies be deposited in the Peoples Bank of Lisbon, Ohio, together with money there on deposit in the name of Frank Barrows. ITEM 3. I direct that all the hay, corn, straw and all other crops, every description, whether herein mentioned or not, and being on the Frank Barrows Farm of East Rochester, Ohio, be worked and harvested, and then sold. The money to be deposited with the other monies here in before mentioned on deposit at the Peoples Bank in Lisbon, Ohio. ITEM 4: I hereby bequeath and bequest to my daughter, Lottie McGrew of East Rochester, Ohio, the sum of $5.00 (Five Dollars). ITEM 5: I direct that after the payment of my debts, and burial expenses, and bequests, that whatever money there remains to be shared and shared alike equally between my (2) two loving sons, John Barrows and Marion Barrows. ITEM 6: I nominate and appoint my son, Marion Barrows, Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand to this my Last Will and Testament at Canton, Ohio, this 26th day of September in the year of our Lord 1937.
