LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT JACOB ROUDEBUSH WILL DATED 10 JAN 1874 APPLICATION TO PROBATE FILED 1 APR 1882 I, JACOB RODEBUSH of the Township of East and County of Carroll and State of Ohio being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last will and testimony, in manner and form as follows: FIRST: It is my will that all of my just debts, funeral expenses and costs of selling my estate be fully paid. SECOND: I will and direct that within a reasonable time after my decease, all of my property both real and personal then in my name and possessions be equally divided between my eight children: Sarah A. Roudebush or her heirs Tobias Roudebush or his heirs Christina Thomas Mary Jane Grimes William S. Roudebush Elizabeth Grimes John H. Roudebush, Matilda Cox share and share alike – except my daughter, Christina Thomas – out of her share, I will and direct that Two Hundred Dollars be paid to her daughter, Evaline Schwartz, heir of Christina Thomas. THIRD: I will and direct that all of my book accounts charged against each of my children be accounted to each as charged them and accounted for in such equal division of my property. FOURTH: I do hereby nominate and appoint my sons, William S. Roudebush and John H. Roudebush, Executors of this my will and testament hereby authorizing them and empowering them to make and divide as above mentioned.
